How to remove the gloves

1. Grasp the wrist or palm of the first glove, or grasp the outside of the glove. Pull it off by turning it inside out so that its outer surface does not touch your bare skin; the removed glove stays inside your other, gloved hand. Hold it in your gloved hand. 2. With your bare hand, grasp the inside of the second glove — slide your bare fingers under the edge. Pull it off while turning it inside out so the first glove ends up inside. Touch only the inside of the glove. 3. Put the gloves in the trash / discard the gloves. 4. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Dry your hands with a disposable hand towel. 5. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if available. Allow your hands to dry thoroughly after applying it.
