Delivery methods

We deliver throughout Finland — to your address or to a pickup point. The carrier and the price are chosen automatically at checkout based on your address; the final amount is shown in the cart before you confirm the order.

We deliver to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The carrier and the price are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address (maximum weight of a single parcel 35 kg).

You can pick up your order free of charge at three locations:

• Main warehouse — Sulantie 14 G, 04300 Tuusula, Finland. Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00.
• Office — Hinnerjoenkuja 7, 00940 Helsinki, Finland. By appointment only.
• Office — Narva mnt 13-25, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. By appointment only, tel. +372 660 8866.

Choose the pickup point you need at checkout. Please come only after you have received a separate notification that the order is ready for collection. Warehouse staff do not accept payments and cannot give product advice.

The seller is always Acnova Oy (Finland): the invoice comes from Acnova Oy with Finnish VAT, including when the order is collected in Tallinn.

The delivery cost is calculated when you place the order: it depends on the delivery address, the weight and size of the order and the delivery method you choose. The final amount is shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Pickup is always free.
