Delivery methods
We ship orders from Finland. At checkout the system automatically shows the delivery methods available for your address and calculates the delivery cost — the final amount is shown in the cart before you confirm the order.
1. Delivery within Finland and to Sweden, the Baltics, Germany and Poland
We deliver throughout Finland (for the Åland Islands, see section 2) — to your address or to a pickup point — and also to Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany and Poland. In all these countries we ship with PostNord.
Delivery to a pickup point is free once the value of the goods (incl. VAT, excl. shipping) reaches the threshold for your country:
- Finland (except the Åland Islands) — from €100
- Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania — from €125
- Germany — from €300
- Poland — home delivery, free from €300 (PostNord has no pickup points in Poland)
In all other cases, the price is calculated at checkout based on your address; the exact price is shown in the cart before you confirm the order.
2. Delivery to other EU countries and the Åland Islands
Other EU countries and the Åland Islands — there is always a delivery charge, whatever the order value. The price is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address; the exact price is shown in the cart before you confirm the order.
We ship with PostNord or GLS, whichever is cheaper — the carrier is chosen automatically at checkout.
We do not deliver outside the EU at the moment.
3. Pickup — free of charge
You can pick up your order free of charge at three locations:
- Main warehouse — Sulantie 14 G, 04300 Tuusula, Finland. Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00.
- Office — Hinnerjoenkuja 7, 00940 Helsinki, Finland. By appointment only.
- Office — Narva mnt 13-25, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia. By appointment only, tel. +372 660 8866.
Choose the pickup point you need at checkout. Please come only after you have received a separate notification that the order is ready for collection. Warehouse staff do not accept payments and cannot give product advice.
The seller is always Acnova Oy (Finland): the invoice comes from Acnova Oy with Finnish VAT, including when the order is collected in Tallinn.

4. How the delivery cost is calculated
The delivery cost is calculated when you place the order: it depends on the delivery address, the weight and size of the order and the delivery method you choose. The final amount is shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Pickup is always free.
