Acnova Oy manufactures Private Label nonwoven wipes and disposable products at its own production site in Finland.
MOQ and lead times for nonwoven products depend on material, format, packaging, printing and production planning. There is no single figure: wipes, towels and branded packaging require different production conditions.
Acnova Oy evaluates each project individually so the client gets a realistic picture of launch and repeat orders.

If the product uses standard material and typical packaging, it is easier to plan. Custom material, unique packaging or complex impregnation are calculated separately.

Lead times include material procurement, impregnation prep, production, packaging print, packing, quality checks and logistics. Delays often come from non-standard packaging, late design approval or requirement changes after prep starts.
How to get a realistic estimate
For an estimate we need a brief: product type, purpose, material or desired properties, size, packaging, sales markets, branding and volume indication. We will propose a production route based on this.

For new products a test batch can be discussed to validate market, packaging and user experience. Feasibility depends on material, packaging and production setup.
