RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream is suitable for mixing with all RefectoCil ? colours, and thanks to its consistency the mixture is easy to apply to lashes and eyebrows. Thanks to the practical cap, the product is easy to squeeze out one drop at a time. The cap also ensures that no impurities get into the oxidant. Important: do not mix RefectoCil ? permanent tinting products with products of other brands! Only the use of RefectoCil oxidant and RefectoCil colour together guarantees a perfect tinting result.
