Returns
New products have a 30-day right of return.
The customer is responsible for taking care of the product's condition and the accessories supplied with it until the decision to keep the product has been made. You have the right to examine the product and try out its various features, but the product may not be put into use. Some products have a limited right of return; these products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

The home office is open by appointment. Please bring your ID, the receipt and all the accessories supplied with the product.
The Vantaa pickup warehouse has no service point and products cannot be returned there.
Return via PostNord
1. Pack the product and its accessories well for shipping so that it is not damaged in transit. Note: the maximum weight of the shipment is 25 kg. 2. Contact customer service at 09 424 513 15 or [email protected] and ask them to send an address card for the return. State the weight of the shipment. 3. Take the parcel directly to the counter at a PostNord agent's service point. For returns from Finland, return shipping is free when you use the prepaid address label we provide. For orders delivered to other countries, you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

Refund
When you return a product, its purchase price is refunded, provided that the product itself as well as the packaging and accessories are in tidy condition. You may examine the product you purchased during the return period.
You can ask for the purchase price of the product to be refunded to your bank account, or use the amount to pay for another order.
Refund:
- Provide customer service with the IBAN account number to which you would like the refund.
- The amount is paid to the specified account within 5-7 business days.
We refund the product price together with the standard delivery cost of your original order. Return shipping is free only for returns from Finland (using our prepaid label); for other countries it is paid by the customer.
