- After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad and gently distribute it over the face and neck. Do not rinse off. Continue with the remaining steps of your morning or evening routine. It can also be used as a sheet mask: soak a cloth in the toner and leave it on the face for 5–10 minutes.
