Free shipping: new country thresholds from 18 September 2026

We have recalculated the order value from which pickup-point delivery is free, separately for each country. Finland (from €100) and Estonia (from €125) stay as they were. In Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden the threshold drops to €125; in the other EU countries it rises to €213.

From 18 September 2026, free pickup-point delivery applies at new thresholds. The threshold is based on the value of the goods including VAT, excluding shipping, and depends on the destination country.

Finland and the Åland Islands: free from €100.

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden: free from €125.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain: free from €213.

Cyprus and Malta: no free shipping; delivery is charged at the carrier's rate.

Countries outside the EU: no free shipping.

What changed. Previously, all EU countries except Finland and Estonia shared one threshold, €187. The thresholds are now tied to the real cost of delivery to each country: where delivery is cheaper, free shipping starts sooner. For Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden the threshold went down from €187 to €125. For the other EU countries it went up from €187 to €213. For Cyprus and Malta, free shipping has been discontinued (previously from €187). Nothing changed for Finland and Estonia.

How it works. Pickup-point delivery becomes free. If several carriers serve your area, the cheapest pickup point is free and for a more expensive one you pay only the difference. Home delivery is not included in free shipping and is charged at the normal price. The checkout shows the exact delivery price and threshold for your country once you select the destination country, before payment.

Delivery prices below the threshold, as of 18 September 2026: Finland from €7.40, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from €9.78, Sweden from €10.39, other EU countries from €17.06, Cyprus and Malta from €31.97. These are indicative prices for a parcel up to 600 g; the carrier quotes the exact price by postal code.
