New delivery terms from 25 September 2026

From 25 September 2026, the delivery terms change for Germany, Poland, the other EU countries and the Åland Islands. In Finland (from €100) and in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (from €125), the free-delivery threshold stays the same.

From 25 September 2026, new delivery terms apply to orders in our online shop. The free-delivery threshold is calculated from the value of the goods including VAT, excluding shipping, and depends on the recipient’s country.

Finland (except the Åland Islands) — delivery to a pickup point is free from €100, as before.

Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania — delivery to a pickup point is free from €125, as before.

Germany — delivery to a pickup point is free from €300 (previously from €213).

Poland — home delivery is free from €300 (previously: free delivery to a pickup point from €213). PostNord has no pickup points in Poland, so orders to Poland are delivered to your door.

Other EU countries and the Åland Islands — there is always a delivery charge. Previously, delivery to a pickup point in the other EU countries except Cyprus and Malta was free from €213, and the Åland Islands had the same threshold as the rest of Finland (€100).

Within Finland (except the Åland Islands) and to Sweden, the Baltics, Germany and Poland we ship with PostNord. To the other EU countries and the Åland Islands we ship with PostNord or GLS, whichever is cheaper. We do not deliver outside the EU at the moment.

The exact delivery price is shown in your cart before you confirm the order. Pickup in Tuusula, Helsinki and Tallinn remains free of charge.
