- Active ingredients
- Aquaxyl™- a moisturising ingredient that boosts the synthesis of essential lipids and proteins involved in the renewal of the skin's stratum corneum. Polyplant Fruits™- a blend of fruit extracts: raspberry, apple, peach, kiwi, strawberry and papaya (a source of AHA acids). A powerful moisturising complex, it contains fruit acids and vitamin C. It helps prevent transepidermal water loss, maintaining the water balance of the stratum corneum. In addition, the ingredient has anti-ageing, antioxidant, healing, softening and brightening properties. Glycolic acid is the most effective AHA acid. Thanks to its smaller molecular size compared with other AHA acids, it penetrates well and therefore acts particularly effectively on the skin. Glycolic acid is especially beneficial for mature skin: it helps boost collagen production and smooths wrinkles. Glycolic acid moisturises and brightens the skin, and also helps keep the pores clean. Citric acid - an antioxidant and natural preservative that helps the product last longer on the shelf. It also acts as an exfoliating ingredient. Urea - an antistatic, pH-regulating, moisturising and skin-conditioning ingredient. Allantoin - a soothing and healing ingredient. It stimulates the renewal of the skin's surface layers, neutralises the harmful effects of free radicals and strengthens the skin's protective functions.
