Cosmetics Manufacturing Capabilities
Acnova Oy is a Finnish full-cycle cosmetics manufacturer. We develop and produce products in our own facility in Finland, from concept and formula to filling and packaging.
This is not an anonymous contract site. We manufacture daily for our own brands and for partners across Europe, so every batch is part of our reputation.
Production we control ourselves
Our 250 m2 production site in Tuusula is organized for stable workflows, clean processing and quality control at every stage.

Temperature conditions are regulated with a chiller system, which is especially important for active ingredients and other sensitive components.
In-house water purification
Water is the base of most cosmetic formulas. Acnova Oy uses its own water purification system to control technological water quality and compliance with European requirements.
This supports microbiological safety, stable product performance and better control over the full manufacturing process.
European raw materials and ingredient stock
We source and store cosmetic ingredients from verified European suppliers. Each incoming batch is traceable, stored under controlled conditions and used according to the production documentation.
When needed, we can also supply ingredients in smaller quantities for laboratories and manufacturers.
Filling and packaging on site
After production, the product does not need to be sent somewhere else. We have our own filling and packing line in the same workflow.
We work with airless packaging, glass bottles, jars, tubes and professional containers. This reduces launch times and keeps quality control in one place.
Made in Finland for the European market
Our products are manufactured in Finland and may use the Made in Finland marking when applicable.
