Delivery Methods
We aim to make delivery as clear and simple as possible.
When placing your order, the system automatically displays the available delivery options based on your address.
1. Posti (Finland)
Delivery is available throughout Finland.
You can choose:
- Delivery to a parcel locker or pick‑up point — price calculated automatically
- Home delivery — price calculated automatically
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the delivery address and the size of your order (weight/dimensions). The final price is shown in the shopping cart before confirming your order.
Delivery time depends on the region and the selected Posti service.
After the parcel is shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.
2. Matkahuolto
You can choose:
- Delivery to a pick‑up point — price calculated automatically
- Home delivery — price calculated automatically
Shipping cost is determined according to the carrier’s price list and the size and weight of the parcel. The final amount is displayed in the shopping cart before confirming your order.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
When the parcel arrives, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.
3. PostNord
Delivery is available within Finland and to other countries (if this option appears during checkout).
You can choose:
- Delivery to a pick‑up point
- Home delivery
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the carrier’s tariff, as well as the parcel’s weight and dimensions.
Delivery time depends on the destination.
After the parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. Order Pick‑Up
You can collect your order only after it has been processed.
Please follow these steps:
- Place your order on the website.
- Wait for payment confirmation.
- Wait for a separate notification confirming that your order is ready for collection.
- After receiving confirmation, agree on a time if necessary and come to collect your order.
Orders will not be handed over without a readiness confirmation.
