Payment Methods

We offer several simple and secure payment options.
You can choose the method that suits you best when placing your order.

1. Online Payment via Stripe

Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system.

The following online payment methods are activated on our website:

  • Bank cards (Cards — Visa, Mastercard and other supported cards)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Link (Stripe’s fast checkout solution)
  • MobilePay
  • Revolut Pay
  • Samsung Pay
  • Satispay
  • Bancontact
  • EPS
  • Klarna — the option to buy now and pay later or split your payment into installments (if available in your country and approved by Klarna)

The availability of a specific payment method depends on the customer’s country and the device being used.

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Important: we do not store your bank card details. All payments are processed directly through the secure Stripe platform.

Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment.

2. Payment by Invoice

Payment by invoice is available to:

  • business customers (B2B)
  • private customers (B2C)
  • regular customers and individually approved clients

If this payment method is available to you, it will be displayed automatically at checkout.

The payment term is agreed individually with each customer and indicated on the invoice.

Payment terms may vary depending on the history of cooperation, order volume, and financial risk assessment.

We always aim to offer flexible and customer-friendly payment terms to our regular clients.

Acnova Oy reserves the right to:

  • refuse payment by invoice
  • modify payment terms
  • require advance payment in case of financial risks

Production or release of goods begins only after the agreed financial obligations have been fulfilled.

3. Offline Payment

Card Payment On Site

You may pay by card on site when collecting your order (if agreed in advance).

Cash Payment

Cash payment is possible only by prior agreement.

Important:

  • Offline payment is possible only after you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
  • Warehouse staff do not accept payments without prior agreement.
  • The availability of offline payment depends on the selected delivery method.

Please Note

Products and delivery costs are paid at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
