Zero Waste principle: sustainable nonwoven wipe production

We reduce waste in our in-house fibre wipe production and sell off-spec rolls at raw material cost.

At AC Shop, we are committed to environmental responsibility and reducing waste as part of our daily operations. One example is our own fibre wipe production, where we aim to minimize the amount of waste generated during manufacturing.

All fibre wipes we produce contain eco‑friendly viscose and are fully recyclable as energy waste. This means that after use they can be recovered by incineration, which reduces landfill waste and supports a sustainable circular economy.

During production, there are also off‑spec rolls that do not meet our sales standards. Instead of discarding them, we offer them for sale at raw material cost. This allows us to utilize all materials and provide customers with a cost‑effective option. Off‑spec wipes are sold by the kilogram and are ideal, for example, for cleaning.
