At Acnova Oy's production site in Finland, cosmetic products are manufactured daily for the EU professional and retail market. We manufacture products for our own brands, for beauty salons, for specialists and partners across Europe.

Facial cosmetics
Facial care is a key focus of our production. We manufacture the full cycle of products — from cleansing to professional active formulas.

Formulas are adapted for the professional segment, the SPA direction and retail lines. Roll-on deodorants and specialised salon-use products can also be manufactured.

Professional cosmetics for the beauty industry
A separate direction is products for beauty professionals and salons. For professional skincare for beauty therapists, we have developed our own brand, ESE Expertin Skin Essence, manufactured at our site. All products are divided by skin type/concern, and each line forms a complete skincare protocol covering cleansing, toning, exfoliation, nourishment and hydration.

Base Cream — a universal base formula
A separate product in our manufacturing range is a universal cream base (Base Cream). It is a technologically stable formula that can be used:
- as a stand-alone care product
- as a base for enrichment with active ingredients
- as a base for developing your own product line
Thanks to its balanced structure, the cream can incorporate:
- up to 20% water-soluble actives
- up to 5–6% lipophilic components
The formula contains ingredients that support the skin barrier and moisture retention, including oils and emollients.
